We also want to say thanks for the excellent service we were given on Friday evening, and have told AA the same. Didn't get the serviceman's name but when he had to come back later with the tow truck he went out of his way to make sure that we were set for the night at the motel we had rung before taking our car to secure lock-up for the night. We broke down in Paraparaumu on our way back to Napier & just like Pauline in her comments mentioned below we had to have a tow by Dean & his workmate. They went out of their way to help us. Highway Vehicle have wonderful caring staff who go the extra mile. Also I can't thank AA enough for their support & help through a really stressing time.

"I had the misfortune for my car to breakdown on the Centennial Highway. Being a member of AA I rang and about an hour later a man arrived, checked out the car and then arranged for a tow truck - both men were polite and exceptionally helpful. I can’t remember the first man’s name but the tow truck drivers name was Dean. Dean even offered to take me to feed Rua which I declined but that’s what service is all about - I was glad that I had AA Plus"
